New Ways to Turn Up the Heat with Naked Heat from Urban Decay

THE SKINNY:

There’s neutral, and then there’s Naked. If you thought our Naked palettes were hot before, brace yourself— because our newest iteration is next level. Urban Decay introduces Naked Heat, our most sweltering Naked palette yet. Give in to the heat of the moment with 12 ALL-NEW, can’t-live-without, amber-hued neutrals—including warm browns, burnt oranges and rich siennas. From a super-smooth red-brown matte and a glimmering copper to a deep, shifty bronze, this palette has everything you need to create sultry daytime looks, intensely smoky nighttime looks and everything in between.

HYPE:

The most shade-driven Naked palette we’ve ever done, this palette takes Naked in a whole new direction, building on the hysteria over shades like Bitter (a reddish-brown matte from Vice4) and Extra Bitter (a burnt orange matte from Naked Ultimate Basics). We’re completely hooked on the current cult-favorite neutrals: warm burnt reds, coppers, siennas and butterscotch. These shades look insanely flattering on any skin tone, and talk about HOT. We’re currently obsessed with En Fuego, a matte red, which looks amazing in the crease or on the lid. Ember is our go-to shade for the perfect warm smoky eye. We also can’t get enough of Scorched, a metallic deep red with gold micro-shimmer, and Dirty Talk, a really beautiful metallic burnt red.

NICE PACKAGE:

With a palette this hot, the packaging had to be perfect. Every single element speaks to the heat coming off this collection of shades, even down to how you open the box. The artwork on the case seems as if you’re looking through vertical blinds into a hot, steamy sunset. Designed like a matchbox, the box slides open to reveal the palette, and underneath, a graphic of 12 burned matches.

Naked Heat has everything you need, including a full-size mirror and a double-ended brush. We craft our palette brushes with the same care as our UD Pro Brushes. The performance is insane, and they’re some of our favorite tools. The Blending Brush is perfect for foolproof, seamless blending. Use the Detailed Crease Brush to get a precise application in the crease.

BREAK IT DOWN:

Every shade in Naked Heat features our Pigment Infusion System™, the proprietary blend of ingredients that gives each shade its velvety texture, rich color, serious staying power and blendability. Because with shades like these, you’ll want to blend the perfect sunset eye, and our formula makes it so easy to transition shades like a pro.

VICE LIPSTICK AND 24/7 GLIDE-ON EYE PENCIL

THE SKINNY:

With the arrival of Naked Heat (our new amber-hued neutral palette), Naked is hotter than ever. Why stop there? We were so into the warm, sexy shade range that we took the heat of the moment one step further. Urban Decay introduces a limited-edition lipstick capsule collection AND new shades of eye pencils—both inspired by Naked Heat.

First up, three sultry new shades of Vice Lipstick. From Fuel (warm peachy nude cream) to Heat (metallized burnt red-gold) and Scorched (metallized copper), these shades are SO hot on their own and look even more amazing when paired with Naked Heat. Our creamy, addictive Vice formula applies smoothly (without dragging or skipping), hugs lips, and feels amazing. And the pigment load is insane! To finish off any eye look, we also created two new shades of 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil: Alkaline (deep wine) and Torch (the perfect sienna). Our waterproof formula glides on soft, stays creamy for blending and delivers extra-long wear.

HYPE:

While we made these shades to go with Naked Heat, you’ll want to wear them with everything. And they’re all so ridiculously flattering, you’ll reach for them again and again. While the pencils aren’t going anywhere, the lipstick shades will be gone before you know it—so get them now or risk missing out completely!

NICE PACKAGE:

Like the rest of our Vice lineup, the lipsticks come in our custom faceted case. To set these shades apart, we dipped the cap in a copper hue. Set on top of our gold lipstick base, the effect is unmistakably HEAT and insanely beautiful! When you pull this beauty out of your bag (to oohs and ahhs), shade-matched labels on the case (including the shade name and finish) make it easy to find your current addiction in your bag.

The eye pencils have shade-matched barrels, so it’s easy to find the exact shade you’re looking for.

BREAK IT DOWN:

Vice Lipstick features our proprietary Pigment Infusion System, which gives the formula its super-creamy texture, rich payout and superior color dispersion. Yummy Butter Blend comforts, hydrates and enhances, leaving lips soft and conditioned, never dry. We loaded the formula with a long list of nourishing ingredients, including aloe vera, jojoba, avocado and babassu oils to soften lips. Illipe butter (derived from Malaysian illipe trees) delivers long-lasting moisture. And vitamin C and vitamin E provide a hit of antioxidants.

Our highly saturated 24/7 formula contains moisturizing ingredients, including jojoba oil, vitamin E and cottonseed oil.
